Biography

Attorney Naidoo concentrates in the practice of corporate law, corporate governance, and litigation matters for the firm. Attorney Naidoo was admitted to practice in New York in 1999 and served as an associate attorney at the New York offices of two international law firms where she structured and formed various private equity funds; designed customer finance programs for Fortune 100 telecom clients; worked on a variety of secured transactions; became involved in various financial workout matters; negotiated and drafted merger and acquisition agreements; drafted credit agreements and related documents; and incorporated and formed various legal entities including corporations, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies. Attorney Naidoo also has years of experience involving real estate litigation matters such as foreclosures, workouts, and mortgage fraud claims; small business purchases, sales, and mergers; and estate planning matters and litigation.

A graduate of Harvard College and Columbia Law School, Attorney Naidoo provides Stuart B. Ratner, P.C. with the ability to respond to our clients' business transactions and business document needs effectively and quickly. Attorney Naidoo also is integrally involved in the firm's substantial tax litigation practice.
